QUALITY CONTROL AND FOOD SAFETY

APEC supports all aspects of food safety and ensures that strict external controls are in place every step of the way. We are committed to constantly pursuing innovative farming practices that are sustainable and environmentally sound. We achieve this by ensuring that our laborers are well looked after and that they work in an environment that is comfortable and secure. APEC strives to maintain consistent traceability of our produce right from the moment that it is picked, to the minute it reaches the hands of our international clients.

STANDARDS

APEC aspires to only maintain relationships with suppliers that adhere to GLOBAL GAP, ISO and ISA standards. The cornerstone of our success has always been our commitment to producing and procuring high quality products. We choose our suppliers very carefully, just as we expect our clients to choose us based on our reputation and the quality of our products.

PRACTICES

APEC Exports ensures that our producers adhere to all the standard regulations stipulated by the Global Good Agricultural Practices regulatory body (Global GAP), the Good Manufacturing Practice regulatory body and the Perishable Products Exports Control Board (PPECB).
